What is so wonderful about green juice.

What is so wonderful about green juice ? It is one of the healthiest thing you can put into your body because it is full of nutrients.

The juicing process removed all the fiber from the vegetables. Juice is much easier and quicker to digest. That’s why green juice gives you so much instant energy. This means that you’re getting all of the nutrients from an amount of greens that you would otherwise not be able to eat in one sitting and that you probably would not even eat in one day.

Mean green delight

2 cucumbers (peeled, if not organic)
2 leaves kale
1 head of romaine lettuce
3 stalks celery
1 pear

juice leafy greens

This is a recipe that I drink a variation of every day.  This is a great way to get your intake of leafy greens.

5 swiss chard talks
1 inch of ginger
1 medium sized apple
5 celery stalks
3 medium carrots
1 peeled lemon
